Most of our clients pay only 50% of the total treatment cost with their health fund rebates.

Your specific rebate amount will depend on your health fund and your level of cover. To find out exactly how much you pay, contact your health fund.

What’s more, we have the HICAPS rebate system, so you receive your rebate up-front and only pay the GAP. No more waiting in queues at your health fund to get reimbursed.

All our consultations are ½ hour, unless otherwise stated, and our prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Introduction of Basic Pilates Concepts and Equipment
• Private one on one ½ hour sessions $95 (pay as you go)
• Semi-private 1/2 hour session with 2 people $48 p/p
• Semi-private 1/2 hour session with 3 people $40 p/p
• Semi-private 1/2 hour session with 4 people $35 p/p
• Semi-private 1/2 hour session with 5 people $30 p/p

Back2Bizz Classes

• Initial Consultation (30 - 45mins)     $100.00     (waived if already seen for Spinal Physiotherapy)   
  • Spinal Assessment
  • Introduction of Basic Concepts of Core Stability
• Back 2 Bizz Classes (30 minutes)   $35.00

 Classes take place on Wednesdays from 12:00-12:30pm, and on Fridays from 12:00-12:30pm
Participants must commit to a 10-12 week program.

Self Managed Exercise Programs

• $150.00 for 10 visits to the Pilates Studio ( payment to be made on initiation of the program)
• $20.00 per visit to the Pilates Studio (PAYG system)

Self managed exercise programs allow patients and clients access to the Pilates Studio 2 or 3 times per week. Patients and clients will be designed a specific exercise program by the consulting physiotherapist prior to starting the Self Managed exercise program. All patients and clients on Self-Managed programs will need to be competent in using the Pilates equipment and will require the physiotherapist's consent and approval.

Health Fund rebates apply to 10-pack only.

Outdoor Exercise Classes

• $20.00 per session for 10 sessions (an upfront payment of $200.00).

All patients and clients will need to complete a Registration and Indemnity form prior to commencing the Outdoor Exercise Classes.

• Initial introduction and program design $100.00 for ½ consultation
• $100.00 for 10 visits for 15 minutes on the WBV machine( paid upfront)
• $80.00 for 8  visits for 15 minutes on the WBV machine (paid upfront)
