Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the physiotherapy cost?
All our physiotherapy services include a thorough assessment, treatment and the prescription of an exercise program specific to your injury. If you have private health insurance, we have a HICAPS facility onsite, which will give you an on-the-spot claim. For further info on our fees, click here.

How much do I get back from my health fund?
This will depend on the health insurance cover that you are currently on. Usually, the rebate will be between 40-60% of the full service fee.

Is physiotherapy the right therapy for me?
At PHYSIO4ALL, we look at patients wholistically. We always strive to find the cause of your injury, and give you a clinical diagnosis. Treatment will always include evidence-based therapy, which in most cases will include manual therapy and a specific exercise program.

How long are your treatment times?
All our appointments are usually half an hour. This will depend on the complexity of your condition/injury.

What are your opening hours? Do you work Saturdays?
Our opening hours are Monday 7:30-6pm, Tuesday 7:30 – 6pm, Wednesday 7:30-5:30pm, Thursday 7:30-6pm, and Friday 7:30-5pm.
Saturday mornings are by appointment only, and will depend on physiotherapist availability (PHYSIO4ALL Outdoor Exercise Classes take place on Saturday mornings).

What does PHYSIO4ALL’s Clinical Pilates Program include?
At PHYSIO4ALL, we believe in safety first, and all candidates interested in the Pilates program will need a Pilates assessment. This will give our physiotherapists a very good understanding of your strength and weaknesses, which will allow for the design for a specific program catered for your needs. For further information click here.

When do you run your Pilates Classes?
Pilates Classes are conducted at different times of the day, and are set at times convenient to the client. We have classes early morning, lunchtimes and late afternoon. We endeavour to accommodate the times that suit you best.

How long are your Pilates Classes?
All our classes run for half an hour.

How many people are there in the Pilates Classes?
Classes will be between 2-4 people.

Is there a Health Fund rebate for the Pilates Classes?
Yes, and this will depend on your health insurance company and the cover that you have.
